To obtain the certified copy you must go with the original deed/document/diploma and your identity card to the following offices:
- by the public official who issued the law’original.
- by the public official with whom the l’original.
- by a notary.
- by a city clerk or other official appointed by the mayor.
Once the certified copy has been made, to ensure that the document/document/certificate/diploma is accepted abroad, it must be legalized with the Hague Apostille for the states that have joined the convention, which I will tell you about in another article, and then the authorized translator can proceed with the translation, sworn certification and with the second Apostille of the Hague where necessary.
